According to a recent University of Southern California study, here’s how HR professionals spend their time: 50% on providing/developing HR services/programs; 25% on recordkeeping and auditing; and 25% on strategic business partnership activities. What’s surprising is these statistics have not changed much over the past 15 years, despite HR’s desire to be recognized as a strategic partner.
